Acceptable Use Policy

EmptyRoomStaged is for working on your own photos, or photos you have permission to use. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every upload and every result. If you break it, we block the content and may close the account.

• Upload photos you own or have the right to use, including photos of family members with their (or the family’s) permission.
• Keep, print and share your results for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the Terms.

• Sexual or explicit content (NSFW): uploading, creating or trying to create nudity, sexual, sexually suggestive or explicit content of anyone.
• Anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way. We report such content to the authorities.
• Photos of people without their consent, and photos you don’t have the right to use.
• Deception and impersonation: face swaps, “deepfakes”, fake evidence or documents, or images meant to mislead, harass or defame a real person.
• Harmful or illegal content: violence, gore, hate, harassment, terrorism, or anything illegal where you or we are.
• Infringement: content that breaks someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy rights.
• Abuse of the Service: bypassing moderation, rate limits or payment, automated or bulk use, reselling the Service, or accessing other users’ data.

• Before an upload is processed you confirm that you have the right to use the photo and the consent of the people in it.
• Every upload is checked automatically before processing; anything flagged is blocked or held for manual review.
• Violations lead to removal of the content and suspension or closure of the account; serious cases are reported to the authorities.
• Original uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days.

If you see a result that breaks this policy, or a photo of you was uploaded without your consent, write to support@emptyroomstaged.com. We review reports within 3 business days and remove content that breaks this policy.
