Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), our Merchant of Record. We decide on refund requests under this policy, and Creem issues the refund to your original payment method under its Buyer Terms.

• Credit packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any credits from the pack. If some were used, we refund the unused part.
• Subscriptions: you can request a refund of the latest payment within 14 days of it, if no credits from that billing period were used.
• Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription in your account. You keep access and your remaining subscription credits until the end of the period you already paid for; you won’t be charged again.

If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.

Write to support@emptyroomstaged.com from the email you purchased with (or include it), and mention the order number from your receipt. We answer within 3 business days.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
