Terms of Service

EmptyRoomStaged (the “Service”) is operated by Private Entrepreneur Petro Savenok. You can reach us at support@emptyroomstaged.com. By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to transform photos you upload. Results are generated automatically. They are a visual preview, may contain inaccuracies and are not professional advice (for example from a stylist, tattoo artist, designer or photo conservator).

EmptyRoomStaged is an independent product built on third-party AI models (currently Google's Gemini image models, accessed through OpenRouter). It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google, OpenRouter or any other AI model provider.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You may only upload photos that you own or have the right to use. In particular:

• Photos of other people require their consent. Do not upload a photo of another person unless they have agreed to it being uploaded and transformed. For photos of deceased relatives, you should be a family member or have the family’s permission.
• Do not upload nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content.
• Do not use the Service to create, or try to create, nudity or any sexual, sexually suggestive or explicit content (NSFW). This applies to every upload and every result.
• Never upload any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor. We report such content to the authorities.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, violent or infringes someone else’s rights.

You confirm this each time you upload. Uploads (and any text you enter) are checked automatically; content may be blocked or held for manual review, and violations lead to suspension. The full list of what is and isn’t allowed is in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

• Create deceptive images of real people (impersonation, fake evidence, harassment, face swaps or “deepfakes”).
• Try to bypass moderation, rate limits or payment, or access other users’ data.
• Scrape, resell or build a competing service from the Service or its outputs in bulk.

Purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues refunds. Prices, taxes and payment terms are shown at checkout, and Creem’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. For any question about a purchase, write to us first at support@emptyroomstaged.com.

• Generations use credits. Credits are tied to this site (EmptyRoomStaged) and have no cash value.
• Subscription credits are refreshed at the start of each billing period; unused ones don’t roll over.
• Credits from one-time packs don’t expire while your account is open.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are returned automatically.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

You keep the rights you have in your uploads. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use your results for personal and commercial purposes. We don’t use your photos to train AI models.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time; uploads are also deleted automatically after 30 days.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
