Privacy Policy

Private Entrepreneur Petro Savenok is the controller of personal data processed through EmptyRoomStaged. Questions and requests: support@emptyroomstaged.com.

• Account: email address, and name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Waitlist: your email, whether you agreed to marketing emails, and which ad or link brought you (UTM tags).
• Photos and results: the photos you upload, your prompts and the generated results.
• Payments: handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We receive your purchase and subscription status, never your card details.
• Usage and security: a keyed hash of your IP address (we don’t store the IP itself), a daily anonymous visitor identifier for counting page visits, and basic request logs.

• To provide the Service and your purchases (performance of a contract).
• To prevent abuse, fraud and illegal content, including automated moderation of uploads (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
• To measure which pages and channels work, without advertising trackers (legitimate interest).
• To send product news and offers — only if you opted in (consent, withdraw any time).

We don’t sell your data and we don’t use your photos to train AI models.

• Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) — payments, invoicing and tax as Merchant of Record (its privacy policy).
• AI model providers (Google's Gemini image models, accessed through OpenRouter) — to create your results from your photos.
• OpenAI — automated moderation of uploads and prompts.
• Cloudflare — domain name (DNS) and email forwarding for our support address.
• Brevo — sending sign-in and service emails.
• Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
• Our hosting provider (a server in the EU) — running the application and database, and storing uploads and results.

Some of these providers are outside your country; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

• Uploaded photos: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Results: until you delete them or close your account.
• Waitlist email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Purchase records: as long as tax law requires (kept by Creem and us).

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout. Visit counting is cookieless. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can delete your account and all your photos and results yourself at any time in Account. To access, correct or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, email support@emptyroomstaged.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service isn’t intended for people under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
